Cari Luxury Hair is committed to delivering your luxury hair extensions quickly, safely, and with care. Please read below for details on our shipping process.

🚚 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

📍 Shipping Options & Rates
We currently ship within the U.S. and U.S. Territories, with international shipping coming soon.

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (calculated at checkout)

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (calculated at checkout)

Shipping time is based on your location and selected method. All delivery estimates are from the date of shipment, not the order date.

🕐 Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed after 5 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

📦 Signature Required (for high-value orders)
For your protection, some orders over a certain amount may require a signature upon delivery.

🔁 Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we’re happy to help you track your package.

Please double-check your shipping address. Cari Luxury Hair is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
